The hotel has a beautiful location with lovely surroundings, but there are some inconsistencies in service. The rooms, although old and humid, are kept clean and replenished daily, and the service is friendly and respectful. The dining options are mediocre, but the café offers delicious coffee. The facilities are well-maintained, offering a variety of services.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were basic and clean, but the management was not very helpful, even refusing to make us a reservation for one of the a la carte restaurants just after the deadline. The Super VIP beaches had good facilities but were located in the less appealing areas of the beach.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and friendly. However, the management was not very helpful in certain situations, like booking tables at a la carte restaurants. The Super VIP beaches had excellent facilities but were located in less desirable parts of the beach.
